By using Site Launch services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

Site Launch provides professional web design services including:

• Custom 5-page website design and development
• Mobile-responsive design
• Basic SEO setup
• Project dashboard access
• Post-launch support

Pricing & Payment

Our services are priced as follows:

• Basic Plan: $497 one-time payment
• PRO Plan: $997 one-time payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change but will be honored at the rate shown at time of purchase.

7-Day Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your completed website within 7 business days from project kickoff. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.

Ownership & Files

Upon full payment and delivery, you own 100% of your website including all code, design files, and content. We retain no proprietary interest in your delivered project.

Revisions

Your plan includes revisions during the design and development process:

• Up to 2 rounds of design revisions on the mockup
• Minor adjustments during development
• Post-launch support for 30 days (Basic) or 60 days (PRO)

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

• Complete the onboarding questionnaire within 48 hours of purchase
• Provide feedback on mockups within 48 hours
• Supply any required materials (logos, photos) in a timely manner

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if:

• We fail to meet our 7-day delivery guarantee
• You request a refund before mockup delivery

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after mockup approval.

Limitation of Liability

Site Launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
